Believers who frequently criticise others do not achieve greatness or rise to the level of those they criticise. Criticism often starts with complaints, sharing secret words, or holding mini-group meetings while avoiding direct confrontation. If given the same opportunity, they would likely perform worse, as God opposes the proud (1 Peter 5:5b)
